Quest, Inc. depends on the time and talents of our generous volunteers to support our mission.
Individuals and groups are welcome!
With over 20 locations in Orlando and Tampa, Quest, Inc. is always looking for dedicated volunteers. We offer a wide range of opportunities for individuals, ages 14 and older, as well as groups – ranging from beautification and restoration projects to social, recreational, and educational activities with Quest clients.
Quest has launched an online system that makes it easy for you to sign up as a volunteer and seek out volunteer opportunities that fit your interests and schedule.

How to Become a Volunteer
Please read our Volunteer Policies before signing up.
Step 1
Volunteer Profile
Create a volunteer profile which will allow you to view upcoming volunteer opportunities that fit best with your schedule. To create a profile, click here and then click the Sign-Up for this Organization button.
Step 2
Profile Review
After your profile is submitted, our Event and Volunteer Manager will review the pending profile and approve. If there are any questions about your profile, a member from the Philanthropy team will reach out to discuss.
Step 3
Sign Up
Once your profile has been approved, you will receive a notification from Quest that you can begin signing up for volunteer opportunities. Find activities that interest you and align with your schedule. New opportunities are added regularly so be sure to check back often.
Group Volunteer Sign-Up
Interested in hosting a group volunteer opportunity? Click here to fill out a brief questionnaire about the type of volunteer opportunity your group is looking for. Our Volunteer Manager will review the form and reach out within two business days to discuss upcoming opportunities that might interest you and your group.
Volunteer Policies
Registration
Each individual must register on their own to create a personal volunteer profile. This allows Quest to accurately track service hours for each volunteer.
Background Checks
Background checks are required for individuals who volunteer more than 10 hours per month.
Community Service
We do not participate in any pre-trial diversion, probation, or other court/lawyer-related community service programs. Quest, Inc. reserves the right to dismiss any volunteer seeking to circumvent this policy. We will not verify community service hours for anything court-related. Age Restrictions
Volunteers must be at least 14 years old with a chaperone who is 18 years or older in order to volunteer at one of Quest’s programs.
Attire
Closed toe and closed heel shoes are required while volunteering. Please wear appropriate length shorts and tops that are not too revealing. No see-through shirts, spaghetti straps or crop tops, please.
