Activities
Guests choose activities based on personal interests and preferences. Activities vary within the program and include sports and games, archery, pool time, arts and crafts, canoeing, nature studies and more! Through choice programming, guests take ownership of their experience, allowing a schedule that best caters to desired outcomes and goals.
Program Eligibility
Eligibility is based on present medical or behavioral concerns and our ability to ensure safe and adequate supervision for all guest needs. We are not equipped for individuals who cause physical harm to fellow guests, require feeding tubes, Foley catheters, dialysis, ventilators or have a tracheostomy.

School Field Trips at Camp Thunderbird
Camp Thunderbird are happy to announce the starting of an Outdoor Education Program in 2024. Come spend the day with us in the great outdoors. Activities can be customized to your school needs. Offerings include:
- Standard based activities – you will enjoy our STEM offerings, we can also cater traditional activities to meet the standards you are working on in the classroom.
- Team building activities – our low ropes course and team building games are for you, this is a great opportunity for sports teams or newly formed teams to work together to meet a goal.
- The perfect opportunity to spend a day of fun in the sun – join us for traditional camp activities such as archery, swimming, and canoeing. We also offer wilderness survival classes, where you can learn to build a fire, purify water, and build a shelter.
We offer full day and half day packages, as well as al-a-carte activity options so that you can customize your experience.

Family Camp
Join us for Family Camp at Camp Quest Thunderbird!
Providing engaging recreational program for families to enjoy the great outdoors and experience traditional camp activities. Family camp unites friendships, adventure, and innovation on the 36 wooded acres surrounding beautiful Lake Prevatt. With the blend of nature and convenience, this setting provides accommodations for team building activities, workshops, and fun outdoor adventures for the whole family.
Family Camp at Quest’s Camp Thunderbird will include a variety of traditional camp activities that may include: Archery, Swimming, Canoeing, Wilderness Skills, Team Building, and more.
