Quest’s Training Centers in Apopka and Tampa provide supports and options for individuals with developmental disabilities seeking recreational opportunities as well as life-skills development activities that meet their specific needs and goals.

Each participant works closely with their caregivers and the Quest team to create a personalized achievement plan tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Community Integration
Our programs help participants feel more connected to their community while building relationships and reducing feelings of isolation.
Supportive Staff
Our compassionate Direct Support Professionals provide hands-on, personalized guidance to help each participant reach their goals.
Behavior Therapy
Our team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support positive behavior.

Daily Living Skills
We help participants build the everyday skills they need to live more independently, confidently and safely – whether at home, in the community or at work.
Our program combines the structure and support needed to promote meaningful growth through enjoyable experiences.
Including:
- Practicing personal hygiene
- Creating safety awareness
- Cooking and preparing meals
- Managing money and budgeting
- Completing household chores
- Navigating public transportation
Personal Development
Personal growth and skill enhancement empower individuals to lead more self-sufficient lives.
Through hands-on training, participants not only learn new skills but also gain the confidence to apply them in real-world settings. Activities are customized to meet the needs and aspirations of each participant.

- Building interpersonal skills
- Preparing for employment
- Developing time management
- Creating problem-solving strategies
- Practicing self-advocacy
- Learning computer basics
Health & Wellness
Our program promotes whole-body wellness through movement and healthy habits, helping participants stay active and energized while supporting long-term well-being.
For individuals with higher care needs, we provide repositioning and personal care services to help maintain physical health and comfort.
We also offer participants the opportunity to receive their physical, occupational and speech therapy on site to meet their needs while attending the training center.

- Fitness room with classes
- Guidance in making healthy choices
- Inclusive, adaptive physical activities

Quest empowers individuals with developmental disabilities across Central Florida through a variety of programs designed to enhance independence, build skills, and improve quality of life. We offer services in Orange, Seminole, and Hillsborough counties, including Residential Services, Adult Day Training, Employment Services, Camp Thunderbird, and Adult Behavior Services.
