An Intermediate Care Facility provides a nurturing home and 24-hour nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities who are medically complex.

At Quest, we enrich the lives of our ICF clients with programming that maximizes opportunities for choice and independence, ensures personal care and safety, and encourages social interaction with peers and the broader community.

Quest operates three ICFs, two in the Tampa region and one in Orlando. ICF care is 100% Medicaid funded. There is no ability to serve individuals through other funding sources. ICF long-term Medicaid Waivers are approved through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD).

At Quest, we provide skilled nursing care and other special programs in comfortable and customized residences.

Nursing support for:

• Tracheotomies
• Continuous oxygen
• IV/Injection management
• G/J tubes
• Urostomies
• Colostomies

On-site therapy and services:

• Occupational therapy
• Physical therapy
• Speech therapy
• Dietary services
• Regular medical director visits

Quest’s ICF residences are designed to feel warm, welcoming, and personal, with each home reflecting the individuality of the people who live there. Residents are encouraged to personalize their private spaces with décor, colors, and belongings that showcase their unique personalities and interests.

Comfortable common areas provide inviting places to gather, share meals, enjoy activities, and build meaningful connections with housemates and staff. Thoughtfully designed accessible features promote comfort and independence, while peaceful outdoor settings offer opportunities to relax, socialize, and enjoy time outside.
