Quest Employment Services works with clients who have been approved for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services by the State of Florida to find a work experience that is meaningful and sustainable.

Transition Services

For ages 14–22, Quest’s Transition Services help build skills for employment and independence.

Work-Based Learning Experiences
We connect clients to 6–8 week paid community work experiences with business partners, designed for them to learn necessary employment skills in a supportive environment.

Self-Advocacy Training
Conducted by an Employment Specialist, we teach clients how to better communicate strengths, interests and needs to employers or schools.

Youth Work Readiness Training
We help clients develop the soft skills needed for employment, including: interviewing, resume writing, problem solving and communication. Offered in both classroom and community environments.

Career Camps
We offer engaging, multi-day sessions for high school students to help prepare them for postsecondary education or employment.
