Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs)
A nurturing home environment for individuals with severe and profound developmental disabilities who are non-ambulatory.
Group Homes
Residents have the option to participate in fun activities that promote lifelong education, maintain a healthy lifestyle and allow them to assume personal and community responsibility.
Transitional Living
Individuals live with roommates in apartments while still receiving support services with daily tasks such as shopping, cooking, bill paying and cleaning.
Quest Village
Quest Village is an innovative residential community for independent adults with developmental disabilities. Single-bedroom/bathroom apartments with onsite services available.

Quest’s Group Homes programs provide residents with options to participate in meaningful activities that promote lifelong education, maintain a healthy lifestyle and allow them to assume personal and community responsibility.
A personal development plan is prepared for every individual who is in the residential program. Those plans identify each person’s unique abilities, goals and interests. We work in tandem with residents, their families and medical providers to coordinate needed health services. A nurse visits residents on-site and monitors their health, and all staff members are trained in First Aid and CPR.

Transitional & Supported Living
Our Transitional & Supported Living program is designed to fulfill the wishes of caring parents and guardians by offering a life rich in experiences and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Through Transitional Living, individuals live in single-bedroom apartments while still receiving support services with daily tasks such as shopping, cooking, bill paying and cleaning. Roommate opportunities may be available depending on situation and location. Our Supported Living program allows people to live and work independently in the community and are assisted as needed with more complex skills such as banking and learning how to navigate public transportation.
