Your inquiry is currently being reviewed by the Quest Kids Intake team. Within 2-3 business days you should receive a response from a member of the team outlining next steps. Our team will be happy to learn more about your child’s needs, what you are looking for in ABA services and how Quest may help in this process.
Additionally, you will receive an email from CentralReach (CR) making you aware that an account has been created for your child and provide you with login information. CentralReach is our patient portal platform and throughout the process will be the method to submit documentation for ABA services. Please follow instructions provided in this email to login to account for future use.
