Quest’s dedicated employees provide a strong foundation for our work and mission. Jacqueline “Jackie” Knight exemplifies this commitment through her 21 years of service with the organization.
Over the years, Jackie has grown personally and professionally with the company. Jackie’s journey with Quest began with a profound personal connection — her brother was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and sadly passed away. In tribute to his memory, Jackie embarked on her Quest career in 2002 as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our Laurel Hill Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).
Jackie was motivated to advance in her career and enthusiastically seized the growth opportunities Quest presented her with. Today, Jackie reflects on the support she has received from the organization, stating, “Quest offered me different areas to grow. Because of Quest, I received additional education and have progressed in my career.” Jackie now works at Blossom Artisanal, a social venture of Quest, and at Quest Kids Academy as a Registered Behavior Technician.
At Quest, we are thankful to have invested employees like Jackie who provide long-lasting support for our clients. According to Rob Cage, Quest’s Vice President of Education and Employment, “Jackie Knight is the best team members I have ever seen when it comes to client interaction — hands down!”. We’re excited for Jackie as she continues her journey within the company and were thankful to have her on our team at Quest.
