Team Member Highlight – Candice Howard
Candice Howard, a dedicated member of the Quest team, recently received recognition for her outstanding contribution to the organization with an award for over ten 10 years of service.
Throughout her time at Quest, Candice has held various roles, showcasing her versatility and commitment to her work.
Candice began her journey at Quest as an administrative assistant at Quest Kids Therapy. She handled various administrative tasks, including inquiries into the program, attendance management and office supply ordering.
In 2014, Candice received a promotion to Office Manager at Quest’s main administrative Support Center in Orlando, where she played a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of both the Orlando and Tampa Support Centers.
Currently, Candice serves as the Executive Assistant to Operations, providing essential support to the Chief Operating Officer and handling operations-related issues.
She has always appreciated the support and growth opportunities provided by Quest. “Don’t be afraid to go to HR or your supervisor about what could be your next stage within Quest. Quest as an organization is always looking for ways to help employees advance in their career.”
