Providing life-changing services for individuals with disabilities is hard work! That’s why showing gratitude for our dedicated team is so important and baked into the fabric of Quest’s culture. We recently had the opportunity to celebrate three groups of the Quest team who work directly with the individuals we serve — our nurses, teachers and job coaches.
Nurses
For Nurse’s Appreciation Week, we took time to celebrate the team who provides round-the-clock medical support to our most vulnerable residents.
Quest nurses apply their professional skills at our three Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) in Orlando and Tampa. Quest ICFs provide a nurturing home environment for individuals with severe and profound developmental disabilities who are non-ambulatory. Our nurses are critical to our residents’ increased independence and quality of life! We thank our dedicated team of nurses for the ongoing dedication, care and love they put into each shift!
Teachers
We had a great time celebrating our wonderful Quest Kids Academy teachers for Teacher’s Appreciation Week! Quest Kids Academy provides a customized education for K-12 students with autism and other intellectual disabilities. One week is not enough time to share our gratitude for these selfless and dedicated individuals. We appreciate each of our teachers for the tremendous impact they’re having on the students and families they serve.
Coaches
Quest thanks our employment coaches who help our clients achieve their goals daily! To show our appreciation for their hard work, we took the team to Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Orlando for a fun day of team-building and competition.
Our job coaches ensure candidates receive the help they need to get a job and maintain a career over time. Coaches in our residential programs assist residents with complex life skills such as banking, navigating public transportation and much more. Thank you for all you do!
