Quest, Inc. rolled out the red carpet for its dedicated team members at the Second Annual Quest Stars Celebration. Hosted at The Vue at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve in a glittering affair, this exclusive gathering was a night of recognition, appreciation and gratitude for the long-term employees who have devoted a decade or more to the Quest mission and our clients.
Quest Stars was conceived as a special tribute to acknowledge the unwavering commitment of the staff members and their families. These individuals, who have invested a significant part of their lives in furthering the Quest mission, were celebrated for their exceptional contributions. The evening aimed to express gratitude not only to the dedicated staff but also to their families, recognizing the vital role they play in supporting the organization.
Quest Stars honorees attended a cocktail reception to kick off the evening, followed by the Quest Stars award program and presentation. The program included a full-course dinner, a video presentation and fireworks show. Past Quest Stars recipients, honored in the previous year, were also in attendance, creating a sense of continuity among Quest team members.
“It was an amazing night celebrating our 2023 Quest Stars who had achieved 10 years or more of service,” said Sara Oliver, Chief Human Resources Officer at Quest. “The venue at Disney’s Swan Reserve hotel was beautiful and the fireworks at the end of the night were the perfect end to the celebration.”
Quest created this event as an intentional commitment to valuing and recognizing its long-term team members’ hard work and dedication. “In a time when employees tend to move from company to company, we are so fortunate to have nearly 70 employees who have achieved this milestone,” said Oliver. “Having this many long-term employees adds to the family atmosphere we want to achieve for our clients.”
The Quest Stars celebration was more than just a glamorous evening, it was an opportunity to acknowledge the qualities that define the Quest Stars team. The event highlighted traits such as longevity, devotion, excellence, knowledge, faithfulness, passion and enthusiasm exhibited by these long-term staff members.
The Second Annual Quest Stars celebration left attendees with a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing their hard work has not gone unnoticed and is truly valued by the Quest organization.
