Quest, Inc. has been awarded a generous $100,000 grant from the Universal Orlando Foundation. The grant is part of the Foundation’s commitment to supporting regional nonprofits and fostering positive impact in the community
The funds will be used to expand and improve Quest’s offerings at Camp Thunderbird to include children’s programming during the off season.
The Universal Orlando Foundation recently celebrated its second annual “Celebration of Giving” and announced it was awarding $1.3 million in grant funding to 33 local organizations committed to making a difference in the lives of Central Florida residents. Quest is honored to be among the recipients.
“This grant from the Universal Orlando Foundation is a tremendous boost to our efforts in creating a more inclusive and supportive community for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities,” said John R. Gill, President and CEO at Quest, Inc. “We are deeply grateful for the Foundation’s commitment to making a positive impact, and this funding will enable us to enhance our programs and services at Quest Camp Thunderbird, reaching even more individuals who can benefit from our support.”
