Quest is proud to announce the expansion of Quest Employment Services to the Tampa Bay community. This growth allows us to bring individualized, community–based employment supports to more job seekers and businesses throughout the region.
Tailored Employment Solutions for Individuals and Businesses
Quest partners with candidates approved for Florida Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to create individualized job placement and learning plans. Our services are designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities secure meaningful, competitive employment aligned with their interests, strengths and long–term goals.
Quest Employment Services
- Placement services: Coaching in community–based jobs that fade as independence grows.
- Internship programs: Hands–on work experiences that build transferable skills and create pathways to long–term employment.
- Business enterprises: Positions within Quest properties and social ventures that offer ongoing on–site support.
Transition Services for Youth (ages 14-22)
- Work-based learning experiences: Six– to eight–week paid community work experiences with local business partners.
- Self–advocacy training: Instruction on communicating strengths, abilities and goals to employers, trade schools or universities.
- Youth work readiness training: Development of essential soft skills, including interviewing, resume writing, communication and problem–solving.
- Career camps: Multiday sessions that prepare high school students for postsecondary education or employment.

Quest invites businesses across Tampa Bay, including Pinellas County, to partner with us in creating inclusive employment opportunities. Our team offers staffing solutions that meet the needs of business partners while advancing Quest’s mission to help individuals with developmental disabilities experience full lives.
We also welcome VR–approved candidates seeking individualized support on their path to meaningful work. If you or a loved one has not yet been approved for VR services, Quest can assist in that process.
