QKA Student Earns Gold at Special Olympics
At Quest, we are amazed by the clients we serve daily. One of the clients we serve is Austin from Quest Kids Academy (QKA). Austin has been attending QKA since he was a child. Through the years, QKA has seen him grow and develop into the person he is today.
One of the great things Austin has developed into is an accomplished paddleboarder. Austin has been paddleboarding since 2014. As his skill has increased, he has become more invested in the sport. Fast forward to the summer of 2022, he was officially selected to participate in the Special Olympics in paddleboarding! “I won a big gold and silver medal at the Special Olympics,” said an enthusiastic Austin.
After years of hard work and practice, Austin achieved this amazing feat. Not to mention, he did this at his first Special Olympics! Looking to the future, Austin now has his eyes set on next year’s Special Olympics event. Next year will also be Austin’s last year at QKA. He’s ready to make his big year special with another gold medal.
