Quest, Inc. recently rolled out the red carpet for its dedicated team members at the Third Annual Quest Stars Celebration. Held at The Vue at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, this exclusive evening celebrated employees who have committed a decade or more to Quest’s mission of helping individuals with developmental disabilities experience a full life.
Honoring Our Dedicated Stars
Quest Stars was created to honor the dedication of these longest-serving staff members and their families. They have been vital to advancing Quest’s vision of providing lifelong services to the individuals we serve.
Upon arriving at The Vue, Quest Stars honorees were welcomed with a delightful cocktail reception to kick off the evening’s festivities. Nine honorees were new inductees, each celebrating 10 years of service. Following the reception, guests enjoyed a buffet dinner and listened to remarks from Quest’s Chief Operating Officer, Brooke Eakins, who highlighted the exceptional qualities that define Quest Stars.
“Quest Stars is more than just a recognition of tenure – it’s a symbol of the values we hold dear – helping people, respecting all people, solutions orientated, a commitment to excellence and taking pride in our work,” Eakins said. Each honoree was recognized on stage and presented with an award to celebrate their remarkable work with Quest.
A Culture of Appreciation at Quest
One of the newest honorees, Soylla St. Fleur, celebrated a decade of working as a nurse at the group home Laurel Hill. Over the past 10 years, Soylla has become more than just a nurse to residents – she has become family.
When reflecting on her recognition at Quest Stars, she said, “It makes me feel like I am valued at the company. It’s one of those things that went above my expectations.”
The night concluded with the Quest Stars and their guests watching the Walt Disney World firework show. The Third Annual Quest Stars celebration left attendees with the sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing their hard work has not gone unnoticed and is truly valued by the Quest organization.
