What is an ICF?
An Intermediate Care Facility provides comprehensive and individualized health care and rehabilitation services to individuals with profound developmental disabilities with 24-hour supervision.
At Quest, we enrich the lives of our ICF clients with programming that maximizes opportunities for choice and independence, ensures personal care and safety, and encourages social interactional with peers and the broader community.
ICF care is 100% Medicaid funded. There is no ability to serve individuals through other funding sources.

- G/J tubes

Weekly Medical Director visits
Placement Process
All ICF bed placements are approved by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). The agency is required to authorize or deny placement authorization (Policy Directive #00-06) within 90 days of application. Bed placement is based on client/guardian choice and bed availability.
