We identify each individual’s needs and preferences to ensure job placement and satisfaction. We provide on-site job coaching to maintain retention.
We Find and Foster Talent
Great talent can be found anywhere and will thrive if given attention, time and the right opportunities. At Quest, we always keep an eye out for talent and encourage the individuals we serve to prepare for and pursue opportunities as they arise. If an opportunity doesn’t present itself, we create one.
Our Employment Services team meets every job candidate or student where they’re at today. We then work together to develop an individualized learning or job placement plan. At Quest, we maximize our participants current abilities and growth potential.
Quest cultivates and harnesses the talent of our job seekers through our employment continuum. Using the synergies of our Evaluation, Education, and Placement service offerings, the individuals we serve are provided with a strategic, intentional path towards success. This continuum allows for growth, support, and personal fit throughout the employment journey.

Evaluation Services
Discovery Assessments
Quest offers discovery assessments services through Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) referral. Traditionally designed for individuals with more significant barriers to employment, these evaluations utilize increased face-to-face interaction, observation and structured interviews. This approach helps job seekers identify their strengths and viable employment pursuits.
Discovery assessments typically occurs over the course of 5-8 meetings. After these meetings, an evaluator will conduct phone interviews, write a detailed plan and schedule a final meeting to discuss results.

Education Services
Functional, useful, skill acquisition and the maintenance of those skills, is what helps the individuals we serve reach their ultimate outcomes.
Applied Behavior Analysis
At Quest, applied behavior analysis (ABA) is embedded into every program, creating a life-span approach — from early intervention at our therapy centers for children, to academics at our academy, to vocational education at our training centers — allowing for a foundation of increased independence and societal involvement.
We believe that access to ABA services should not end when school ends. The basic principles, which inform our effective teaching technologies and procedures, can be used to great success in a wide range of environments, including a training classroom and the workplace.
Work Readiness Training
Every successful worker strives to meet their supervisor’s expectations, is an effective communicator, manages themselves and time, remembers task requests or uses a strategy to remember them, assumes different roles on a team and collaborates and has strategies to solve problems and conflicts.
Quest’s Work Readiness training program teaches these executive functioning skills in the classroom through direct instruction lessons and role-playing scenarios.
