To show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication, we surprised them with lunch and a fun team-building activity at The Escape Ventures.
Job Coaches at Quest help candidates maximize their potential by identifying job opportunities that highlight their individual strengths. Rob Cage, Vice President of Education and Employment, speaks about how crucial job coaches are to Quest by stating, “85% of candidates placed in positions with Quest exceed their 90-day marks, which is a testament to the Employment Coaches dedication.”
Our Supported Living Coaches play an important part in teaching residents to be independent in their own homes. They assist with health and safety skills to promote overall well-being as well as planning, budgeting and skills for self-sufficiency. “The Supported Living Coach is a vital member of the individual’s circle of support,” said Scott Barnette, Executive Director of Residential Services.
