2020 is officially in the books!
Although the pandemic was a very difficult time for Quest, the determination and spirit of the Quest family brings us hope for a better 2021. We are extremely proud of the individuals we serve and our team members for their continued resiliency. With a world pandemic affecting all Quest programs, the Operations and Programs Support Team stepped up to make sure our frontline team was properly thanked.
Heroes Week
DSP Week was replaced this year to honor all of our frontline heroes of COVID-19.
A New Look
Quest received an updated online look with a redesign of our website.
Camp Improvements
Quest’s Camp Thunderbird underwent renovations including the Activity Center, Thunder Café and front office.
Quest to Vote Campaign
This campaign encouraged civic engagement with our team members, the individuals we serve and our community.
HR and Recruitment
Our Talent Acquisition team has worked non-stop amidst the challenges of the pandemic to make sure our programs are adequately equipped with enough team members to deliver the quality Quest is known for.
Virtual Classes
Quest Kids Academy quickly adapted to the “new normal” with virtual technology while still providing the same quality of therapy. New safety guidelines were implemented to accommodate families who opted for in-person learning.
Philanthropy
Our Philanthropy team exceeded Quest’s fundraising goals through the pandemic. Thanks to the generosity of loyal donors and sponsors, as well as innovative thinking by our team, we salvaged a year that could have been disastrous.
