We recently celebrated Rochelle on her last day with Quest — after nearly 15 years with the organization! She began her journey as a Sr. Staff Accountant and moved on to Accounting Supervisor. From there, she became the Accounting Manager, Controller and finally the Vice President of Finance, Planning and Analysis.
Her favorite thing about working at Quest was the people. “I love how much they care and how much they put into taking care of the individuals we serve,” said Rochelle. “Quest has a great culture and I will truly miss that.”
During Rochelle’s tenure, she has seen the organization go through some difficult times. “We have been short staffed or overloaded and without hesitation, the team will work together to get the job done,” said Rochelle. “No one has to ask for help, it is always there when you need it. Every once in a while, you will hear someone say, ‘I’ve never done that, but show me so I can help.’ I’m really going to miss my team.”
When things looked difficult, Rochelle thought about the people we serve. “The biggest impact for me was seeing our front-line staff work with the individuals we serve,” said Rochelle. “When I see a staff member working with our clients, it recharges me to keep going. While I don’t get to work directly with the clients, knowing that what I do in the accounting department allows the individuals we serve to live fulfilled lives while being assisted by such loving and compassionate people, brings great joy to my heart.”
For anyone just starting at Quest or looking to join, Rochelle has some wisdom to share: “Quest is a beast and it will take time to learn all the ins and outs. The best way to learn about Quest is building relationships with those in and out of your own department. There is a lot to learn when it comes to Quest, so remember the only way to eat the elephant, is one bit at a time.”
Even though Rochelle is moving on to the next chapter in her professional career, she will always think of Quest fondly. “Quest is a great place to work and grow professionally. I will always hold Quest near and dear to my heart. The people that work at Quest, in all departments, work together to provide the best service for the individuals we serve. I will miss the people and the great culture at Quest.”

We already miss Rochelle, but wish her the best as she moves onto the next step in her career!
