Blossom is a social venture of Quest providing not only amazing artisanal products, but also real-world work experience and training for the individuals we serve. Recent data shows that over 80% of individuals with developmental disabilities are unemployed. We know that a good percentage of these folks are able and willing to work given the environment and support.
At Blossom, our artisans earn a meaningful income while learning and building on skills that will serve them for a lifetime. This allows a level of stability and pride on their journey to independence. Our team works incredibly hard to create products from start to finish and they manage many of the aspects required for sustaining a business.
The Blossom team of artisans consist of individuals served through our Business Enterprises program, which includes on-site support for workers witihn Quest facilities, and our Quest Kids Academy Work-Study program.

Everyone understands they have an important role and that their efforts help the company reach its goal.”
